Isn't your RE afraid of having too many follicles? That was one of the purposes of my monitoring - to make sure I had mature follies before proceeding with IUI, and then to make sure there weren't more than 2 or 3 mature ones, risking high order multiples. I was also monitored to see when to be given a trigger shot of HCG. (I only had the HCG for 2 of my IUI cycles.)<BR/><BR/>I hope this is it for you.
